VIDEO GAME GOLEM
What would you do if your video game came to life? Video Game Golem is a storyboard created from a provided animation script and character sheet, allowing me to explore visual storytelling, expressive posing, and cinematic shot composition as a digital monster breaks loose in a living room full of chaos.

Video Game Golem is a storyboard created from a provided animation script, allowing me to practice my visual storytelling, character expression, and strong shot composition. Working from a pre-designed character lineup provided by my teacher, I selected and translated the sequence into panels to tell the story.
This assignment allowed me to apply everything we've learned so far: from creating smooth character hookups across shots, to building engaging compositions with dynamic action and expressive pose-outs. Each panel balances clarity and energy, making the narrative feel alive while remaining faithful to the script’s tone.
Process
Script
This script was provided to us without any context to the original storyline, giving us full creative freedom to interpret and visualize it however we wanted.

Character sheet
This is not my work. The character sheet was provided by my teacher for us to choose characters to use in our storyboard.
